42. End of the journey

We are coming to the end of our trip. Now you know lots of things about the trains.

Now that you are all practically experts, would you like to form part of the fascinating world of trains? Well I do! When I grow up I want to invent new trains and stations. I love them.

Well I want to be a train driver. Perhaps you would prefer to be continue enjoying the trip as passengers? Well hand round the papers and let’s take a photo in the train-photocall so you can take home a souvenir of your visit to the House of Trains.

Driving this train is a complete honour, right? It was the first one to stop at Vilanova all those years ago. 140 years in fact! The locomotive is called Carolina and she came from America.

I hope that you’ve enjoyed your journey and we will see you again soon, by train if you can, Vilanova station is right next door. Now you can play in Nuria Park, have a picnic or continue discovering the secrets of the House of Trains and our beautiful city.
